I started in the world of fishing from an early age, accompanying my father on each trip since 4 years old.
As a teenager I leaned towards sport fishing using lures (bait cast, spinning, fly cast). I am a passionate fisherman of Golden Dorados, I love everything related to fishing and its surroundings, in all of my years dedicated to fishing, I acquired a wide range of experience, which is my number one priority of service for all of my clients; to meet their expectations to capture the best Golden Dorados of Argentina, and in turn to learn about different and more unique places that I found in all of my years of traveling as a sports fisherman.

Concordia is a city in the Province of Entre RÃos, located on the banks of the Uruguay River.
About 10 Miles upstream, you reach the Hydroelectric Dam of Salto Grande, a binational entity (Argentino-Uruguaya). This great wall slows the migration of the Paraná river fish, which are called by their instinct to overcome the current of the rivers they inhabit, causing them to agglomerate in large quantities in the vicinity of the wall. This generates that in the area closest to and near the dam, the great Golden Dorados take over the territory and feed on smaller Golden Dorados, Bogas, Sábalos and other species that dare to pass. If the angler has the courage to throw his lure in this place,he will have the chance to get the world's largest Golden Dorado, where his weights range between 50 and 60 pounds of pure power.
A fight with one of them will fulfill any Angler's dream if he manages to win the battle with those true river monsters.

Salto Grande is one of the best places in the world to fish for Golden Dorado. Our facilities have all the comfort you deserve, to rest after an intense day of fishing. In our Lodge you and your group will have the exclusivity of the place. Maximum capacity 8 Anglers, maximum 4 fishing days per week, min 2 days.

4 guided fishing days within the dam exclusion zone and 6 nights of acomodation. Exclusive package for groups of 2 or more Anglers. Includes all the services of Pirá Guazú.
Prices are based on shared room and boat (double base) in cash

Fishing hours: 8 AM - 12 PM / 3 PM to 7 PM.
HIGH SEASON
High season usually starts the last week of december (last december on the 23rd we had a guy that got a 30kg dorado!! Good on him!), up to the last week of april.
